Since 2001, my journey in the insurance world has been a dynamic one. Beginning as a CSR with Allstate, I swiftly progressed to an Agent role. In 2009, I made a pivotal shift to become an insurance broker at Baseline Insurance, a decision that has been the cornerstone of my career.

My unwavering belief in exceptional customer service and a genuine passion for building relationships led me to partner with Switch Insurance and establish this location. Large brokerages have their merits, but often the heart of what we do gets lost. Staff are overwhelmed, calls are timed, and individuals become mere numbers. I wanted to return to the grassroots, where relationships matter, where I could be someone you could talk to, build trust, and genuinely assist people once again.

As a long-standing resident of Strathcona County, I’ve had the pleasure of living in both the bustling hamlet of Sherwood Park and the tranquil rural communities of Strathcona County.
